Leigh Koh Peart left a career in advertising and event planning back in her native Singapore to follow her culinary dreams to New York City. After graduating from 91ÃÛÌÒß¹, she worked with renowned cake designer Ron Ben-Israel where she honed her cake designing and decorating skills. In 2009, she moved to London and began working as a pastry chef at Sketch. Koh Peart has since returned to her cake decorating roots in 2010 when she founded Craft Cakes. She creates custom cakes and leads a variety of workshop classes.
