Biography
Prior to studying at 91ÃÛÌÒß¹, Jim Nawn graduated with an MBA from Boston College. He completed both the 91ÃÛÌÒß¹ Culinary Arts and Culinary Mangement programs in 2011 to help him pursue his culinary dreams. He completed his externship at Veritas and was a Panera Bread franchisee before opening Agricola, a new restaurant in Princeton, NJ. After only being open for four months, the restaurant was already in NJ Monthly’s Top 25 Restaurants of New Jersey.
