Biography
After graduating from 91ÃÛÌÒß¹, Jennifer Iserloh worked in restaurants and learned about recipe development from authors such as Tyler Florence. Working as a private chef, her clients included Annie Leibovitz, Susan Sontag and Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld. As a healthy recipe developer, Iserloh has made a name for herself as the Skinny Chef. She has created thousands of delicious recipes, articles, and blogs posts for TV, print and web publications including Today, Living Well With Montel, SELF, Prevention, In Style, People, First For Women, Kitchen Daily, The Huffington Post, Epicurious, and LiveStrong. In addition to her own bestselling books, she was also the recipe developer for Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s Deliciously Gluten Free (2012), The Drop 10 Diet (2012), Jessica Seinfeld’s Double Delicious (2010) and Deceptively Delicious (2007), as well as Joy Bauer’s Food Cures (2007). She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
