Clarisa Martino graduated from 91ÃÛÌÒß¹ in 2004. Now, she oversees the pastry kitchens at Bobby Flay's Gato and Mesa Grill, Las Vegas. She was seen on Food Network’s 3 Days to Open with Bobby Flay, helping aspiring bakery owners achieve their dreams.
