We understand that a Chatham Hall education is a significant financial commitment, no matter a family’s financial landscape. We have adopted a flexible tuition model that awards financial aid based on a family’s unique income and expense portfolio. The online application is concise and easy; all applicants are encouraged to apply.
As part of our financial aid packages, we award merit-based scholarships to ensure that a Chatham Hall education is accessible to all qualified and accepted candidates. Aid is renewable; families are required to apply each academic year. Our multiple payment schedules allow families to plan their commitment.

7-Night Boarding: $73,000*
5-Night Boarding: $63,000* Students who live within 50 miles of the School may elect to spend Sunday night through Friday afternoon on campus as a 5-night boarder, plus a certain number of full weekends per year. |
Day: $30,500*
Students attend classes and afternoon activities but reside locally at home. Day students can spend occasional nights on campus. International: $73,000 + $2,000 International Student Fee + Domestic Health Insurance |

Many alumnae, past families, friends of the School, and organizations recognize the value of a Chatham Hall education and continually support merit- and need-based scholarships. Because of their generosity, Chatham Hall has multiple merit-based scholarships to help exceptional girls become extraordinary women.
Merit-based scholarships are financial awards granted to students based on their academic performance, commitment to leadership, and/or other qualities. These awards are granted based on a student’s accomplishments and aspirations and can help many families bridge the gap between their finances and tuition.
